Dorice holds a Bachelor of Arts in Housing and Interior Design from Maseno University.

She has experience in Office Administration having served as an Administrative Assistant at Toyota Kenya Ltd,and Administrative Officer at Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC).

Dorice won the Employee of the Year Award for exemplary performance and professionalism while working at Toyota Kenya in October 2020.
