Farmer Outreach & Program Officer - West and Central Africa

Ms. Hélène Mologa N’dafidina holds Master’s degree in in Agriculture economy specialty socioeconomics and rural development from the Higher School of Agronomy of the University of Lomé, Togo.


She has experience in drafting and executing agricultural projects, primarily rural development initiatives, having been responsible for the Agricultural Project at ID2REAL, where she established agricultural projects and coordinated their execution. She also has experience in project impact studies, including her research on the effects of family poultry intensification on improving rural household incomes in the savannah region of Togo.

Previously, she worked as a consultant at WINIGA CONSULTING, a firm specializing in studies, evaluations, and training, offering agricultural services and managing social projects, particularly in environmental and social protection. Additionally, she has experience in agricultural research, environmental and social safeguards, and rural development.

At SSG she provides value contribution to the design and implementation of programs and projects. And represents the focal point for the extension and farmer ‘outreach in new technologies in West and Central Africa
