- Dr. TCHALA Noudifoulè is the Director of the Littoral agronomic research center (Centre de Recherche Agronomique du Littoral – CRAL) of the Togolese Institute for Agricultural research (Institut Togolais de Recherche Agronomique – ITRA)
- He graduated from the School of Agronomy at the University of Lomé in 2007 and joined ITRA as an Agronomist in 2009
- In 2013, he obtained a Master’s degree in Plant Protection and Breeding at the University of Ouagadougou (Université Joseph Ki-Zerbo)
- He obtained a Ph.D. in plant breeding from the West Africa Centre for Crop Improvement (University of Ghana, Legon) in 2018
- In 2019, he is appointed the leader of the National maize program and serves as a maize breeder
