Urbanus is a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPA – K), a Msc – Accounting as well as a Bcom degree holder with more than fifteen (15) years of progressive experience in the field of accounting, auditing, grant management and project management. Possessing multiple skills covering many financial areas such as cost control principles, ledger analysis, financial statements analysis, complex budgeting processes, auditing practices, reporting, grants management, taxation, and cash flow forecasting. Urbanus was elected as a Trustee member for Windle Charitable Trust pension scheme and also appointed to the Book Aid International advisory Board.Before joining Seed Systems Group as a grants and finance manager he has worked for various non-governmental organizations like Windle International Kenya, worked as a financial consultant for the African Population for Health And Research Centre (APHRC) and Kenya Conference Of Catholic Bishops (KCCB).
