3. User Roles and Responsibilities
Farmers:
– View nearby agrodealers and VBAs.
– Request seed orders from listed agrodealers.
– Use the platform for personal agricultural needs.
Agrodealers:
– Register and list available seed varieties.
– Respond to farmer requests.
– Agree to verification for credibility purposes.
Seed Companies:
– Showcase certified seed varieties.
– Support agrodealer distribution efforts.
VBAs:
– Provide seed-related guidance to farmers.
All users agree to:
– Provide accurate information.
– Maintain the security of their account.
– Use the Platform lawfully.

4. Verification Process
Agrodealers and seed companies must undergo verification by Seed Connect. We reserve the right to reject or revoke accounts that do not meet verification criteria or breach trust.

5. Seed Orders and Fulfillment
Seed Connect facilitates connections but does not sell, supply, or deliver seeds. All transactions are the sole responsibility of the buyer and seller. We are not liable for quality, fulfillment, or delivery issues. We also do not process any payments.
